So a guy on audiogon offered me a straight up trade of his VPI SSM for my Wavelength Cosecant dac. While I thought he was crazy I took the offer. I got the table yesterday and played with it but the VPI sound is not for me. If you look around you'll see several posts from me stating that VPI is not my preferred sound.
Well anyway I will offer this table up for $3200 to any local headfier, local defined as less than 90 minutes away (Oakland, Ca). I'd additionally offer to help set it up and get you running. The table is a 9/10 to 8/10 and plays great. I just prefer the old DD tables of the 70s.
