Yes.  I have them on my D2000 (same mounting ring) - have Lawton angle pads on my D7000.  honestly I think the Alpha pads are more comfortable but I'm leaving things as they are.

Does anyone have any experience with the TH600 pads on the D7000? (or have knowledge that they'll fit?) I'm guessing the D7000 and TH600 are roughly the same size?

I'm guessing the mount features may be exactly the same but I do NOT know that.  Sorry.

Finally, someone with something realistic to say, instead of "OMGZ, dramatik imprvemintz"

There are always trade offs.

Lawton audio has a how to section on how to remove/replace the pads. I'm pretty sure he sells the same angle pad for the fostex and denon so I would imagine all 3 pads would work.

You can get TH900 for $1599 CAD here in Canada. I still think it's bit over priced as compare to HD800 or D7000 which I got for about $650ish.

TH900 should cost no more than $1299 IMO. For that price I prefer HE6. :)

There is no way you got a hd 800 for $650ish new. It had to be used and if it's not beat to schiit you got incredibly lucky.

Don't know where you got your info but the TH-600 and TH-900 pads are both angled. Not as angled as the Denon, Lawton, Alphas, etc. but they definitely have an angle.

Oh,,,,, :) I got mine just before, J&R quoted me $615 + shipping but manage to find one from Mostly Digital in Canada/Ontario.

I guess I was the lucky one :)

Has anyone done the Lawton Tunning by themselves? I'm in Brazil and don't want to send it overseas for the modifications...
