Yep, me too. I've always admired these from afar. But when I found out they were disappearing forever I decided it was now or never, I had to ask her out....uh I mean pick up a pair. Got about the same price and am simply delighted with them. I don't like boomy bass at all and I find these cans make music just plain fun.

My advice to anyone sitting on the fence is, if you can find a pair for a reasonable price - grab em'!

550 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! damn I payed 450 for the d5ks. I would have bought the d7ks for that price in an instant if I say them for that price. Wish I would have look harder... :(

Yeah it is. A shame. I see a pair here for $600, but its in fair condition. I only buy like new.

Well I'm going to probably regret not buying them for the next few years unless I find a seller that wont charge way over what they probably payed for them ^_^. I would for sure pick a pair up for 600 bucks. Oh well Guess I should just cut my losses and... buy the Fostex 900s? lol

I'm still trying to decide whether it is worth it to get the TH900 while already owning the D7000. Maybe I'll sell the D7000 but I really don't want to since it and the D5000 has a very special place in my heart, and I've already sold my D5000...

With the D7000 around I just don't use the D5000 much anymore, and the D600 is pretty much on par anyways.

 

At one point I considered selling the D7000 to get the LCD-2, then I kept hearing bad things about the LCD-2 and pretty much ditched that plan.
