I really love the AVVT AV32B (300B equivalent), but alas, it is no longer available. These are as neutral, powerful, extended, and resolved as any tubes come.
On a lower budget, Svetlana 300B's are very nice sounding as well. Unfortunately, they have had tons "issues" in terms of longevity.
TJ/Fullmusic 300B Meshplates are not nearly as appealing to the ear as the above two IME.
