Expanding the "members-advanced search" options

i think that it would be very nice to have more options in that section (user cp->members->advanced search), parallel to the profile fields (location, eqipemnt etc)
what do you think?

It would be nice, though I'm sure jude and co. have their hands full w/ higher priority matters. My main suggestion, which I've made before, is being able to search by location. Be much easier to try and put together a local meet if you can contact everyone directly, if you're not fortunate to live in a place that has freqent meets, like say Hirsch's house. Equipment searches would be nice as well.

yes, these are the main points no doubt.. with equiptment search you can just call the right ppl to join a thread, and make a very informative/helpful one!
(i do that sometimes)

People have made this suggestion a couple times in the last, um, six months or so, probably, but jude and Neil haven't had the time to implement them. Some time soon, hopefully. ...

They are probably busy with their real lives lately.
What about those that refuse to put in a location, or use something vague like "United States of America".

I'd like to see logical operands included into the search string (like AND, OR, XOR, etc) and a search titles only (instead of inside the thread) for the keyword.

isn't search titles only already an option?
