I recently purchased a XM5 from James at Practical Devices. And I am very satisfied with the level of customer service I received. When a problem came up James took care of it with a high level of integrity and concern for my satisfaction. You can buy from him with confidence.

I bought these puppies just before Christmas and they have been a revelation. I can't tell you how much they suit my listening tastes. I love close listening with lots of treble and tight...

It's very small player, so I like it. I have Clip+ since Christmas and I'm very satisfied!

First of all let me say this is one of my favourite BA driver earphones I have ever heard. That said, being a basshead, these didn't deliver in the bass department - I can't deny the fact...

I've had this card for quite a while now, and I have to say its a really nice card - a huge step-up to my on-board motherboard's audio. At first I do have to admit, it didn't feel like the D1...

Long story short: These earbuds, shouldn't ever be bought, when they come free in your iPod package, its fine to look at them, and try them on. If you know someone wanting to buy these,...

Practical Devices
I bought an XM5 last August. After reading a number of posts on rolling the opamps, I placed an order last month with XM5 for their opamps kit. It arrived quickly, carefully packaged, with clear instructions. As well, I had an issue come up recently with my amp. I emailed the company and James responded. He offered to pay for shipping to send the amp back for repair, if needed. He even emailed me the pre-paid shipping label. Instead, at my request we have been exchanging emails in an effort to be sure a repair is needed before I send away the amp.
Great service from my point of view. Thanks, James.
