Perhaps the mob has already spoken, what with the many references to "Can Jam '09," but I figured I'd pose the question here formally.
Certainly the title "Can Jam (insert year here)" is a lot snappier and easier to print/use than "(insert year here) Head-Fi International Meeting" or the like. And as with this Can Jam, such a description can always be used as a sub-title.
I suppose the only competitor for this purpose is last year's title "Head Fest" which aside from a certain campy insinuation, doesn't seem quite as snappy or fun sounding as "Can Jam" to me.
Of course, I'm sure some might want each year to come up with a new/original title. This could probably work for a while, but in the long-term I think it's quite possible we'd run out of useful possibilities.
So what does everyone think?
