Giving my liver a nice workout in preparation for the meet.
I found a 10 mile run I can do but I'm not sure where it is in relation to the hotel. It's called Swains' Lock to Violet's Lock. I would have to get to River Rd and turn on Violet's Lock Rd. to get to the start. It ends on Swains' Lock Rd. off of River Rd. If it's not too far I can take a taxi over there.
