I have a 16GB iTouch that is on 1.1.4 and jailbroken.
It's 9/10, few minor dings on the bottom and minor small scratches on the back like all iPods. It currently has the Drama skin from DecalGirl on it, but can be removed without residue leftover. No scratches on the screen by the way!
