Looking for a balanced XLR - banana plug interconnect.

Would any of you knowledgable critters point me to a piece (or 2 pieces) that can combine grounds and take signal with banana plugs (2 channels/4 plugs ..or some suitable raw cable, shy of like. half-grand Nordost cables) into dual female 3-pin XLRs?

Looking for something that uses a very minimal amount of cable. None if possible.

They seem particularly tricky to find (have turned up some discontinued sites) and I lack the time or materials to make my own right now.

..As some might suspect I'm trying to incorporate a (power-compatable) speaker-propriety amp with a balanced headphone cable.

Please list any sources you happen to have of anyone that makes these, or anyone here for that matter.
