Can you help me buid my HTPC?

Hi folks, In about a month I'm gonna buy myself some good home theater things to replace my Phillips 29" CRT
My TV is gonna be the Sharp 42" WD1E LCD, and I'm gonna buy a good Denon receiver.
Anyway, I want to buy a good HTPC that will be next to my TV and I'll be able to watch 720P/1080P movies without having to buy a PS3 / Bluray DVD.
My budget is 620$.

couple of things, do you want a ready made pc, or are you going to make one yourself?
are you going to be player BR disks on there, or download the movies?
what OS do you want?
are you going to be doing any gaming on it?
what else are you going to use the pc for except watching movies?
do you want a good sound card?

I will build it myself. I'm just gonna download the movies (mainly mkv 720P / 1080P).

Windows Vista Ultimate 32BIT will be my OS.

No gaming!
Only movies!
If there's money left then I would like a good SB, but it's not necessary.

in that case this is what i thnk you should have:
a min 500 gb HD (with another slot for possible upgrading later)
a fairly fast CPU
2 gigs of memory, normal, nothing special
a quite case (to help block some sound)
a normal motherboard, psu etc.
the rest you could spend on the sound card etc. also, i would suggest a reasonably good wireless keyboard with integrated mouse pad.
