ya if you wanna rip out your hard drive and void the warranty on the mac, lol.
i mean ya you could do it.. but its not really worth it.
there isnt a noticable difference between the two unless your running very intensive programs (extensive video editing, gaming, etc.) then you may want to invest in a faster hard drive.
size comes first though especially with video editing

oh and on another post: when you take anyting off/apart/etc on a mac, including replacing the HD, it voids the entire warranty.
they'll fix something.. but its gonna cost a pretty penny.
