Seriously though, I didn't vote because I haven't heard both. The Denons to me have excellent clarity and great attack and decay, the bass is well controlled and clear (Certainly compared to my other cans), and nothing about them is fatiguing. They're also the most comfortable headphones I've ever worn. Isolation is somewhat poor, and the cable tangles frequently. They're also somewhat poor for movies and games.
They look good too.
