XLR->RCA converter

Well, I went out and bought a TOA EQ-910A graphic equalizer surplus, but it only has XLR jacks on the back, and my McIntosh only does RCA... How do I go about getting it to work? Is there an adapter I can buy? Or shoud I just go back and get a 1/3 octave EQ with RCA jacks?

Do they do impendence matching?

BTW, there are some screw terminals on the back, arrayed (and marked) as on the attached picture.

This TOA looks like it's only one channel. Did you intend to do this in stereo?

Well, because of the way our speakers are placed there's really no difference in sound between stereo and mono...

You misunderstood kwkarth.

The unit looks like it only processes one channel!

ie. only one in/out not two for stereo (left/right)
