Cable Supported Wall-Mount Shelving

Hope this is the right place for this...

I just moved into a new place and the room I'm placing my system in would really benefit from a wall mounted shelving system. The coolest one i've seen so far is also far out of my price range: 6moons audio reviews: Grand Prix Audio Brooklands

However, it seems like there would be other places that would sell similar systems at a fraction of the cost. Has anyone ever seen anything like this anywhere else or perhaps know of a solution that was intended for audio purposes?

Any ideas, comments, suggestions would be appreciated.

You can always DIY shelving or adapt other shelves to a similar design.
