Decware CSP2 and AKG K-701 are a good combination?

i was planning on making this thread pretty soon. It's hard to find impressions of CSP2 by people who haven't...um...drank the kool-aid it seems. it seems like a very versatile amp - but one not a lot of people have heard. hopefully this thread will turn up a few impressions.

I'm planning to buy a Decware CSP2 for my K701s, too. Any people have this combination? Share your experiences.

As an OTL amp, I believe it works best with 600 ohm headphones. For example, the CSP2+ and the Beyer T1's are reported to be a great match. This is probably going to be my next move.

 

I'm not sure if this would be the ideal amp for the 701's, maybe something like the woo 6 is better suited.

The new CSP-2 has a voltage adjustment for any headphone so I think they may be OK but it best to ask Decware and he does have a 30 day return with a 10 percent restock
