I am pleased to start a feedback thread for Carmantom.

I purchased a Benchmark DAC-1 from this member and the transaction couldn't have gone any better.

I said I'd take them, we agreed on a price and he shipped them within next day of my purchase. I had it 5 days later, FL to WA.

The DAC1 were as described and Tom maintained excellent communication throughout.

Don't hesitate dealing with this Head-Fier.

I am happy to have dealt with Carmantom. He bought my CI Audio VDA-2/VAC-1, providing very fast payment, excellent communication, and plenty of courtesy. I am very satisfied with this transaction, and would recommend Tom to other Head-Fiers.

Tom is a great guy to deal with. He really does dedicate high quality service to his buyers. The quality of the product was better than even described. The price was simply unbeatable, the quality of the shipping/packaging was phenomenal and the shipping speed was instant.

He is a really communicative and honest gentleman/Head-Fier. I would absolutely love to do business with him again in the near future. He will offer nothing but high quality service and leave you with complete satisfaction. A+++

I just received a Cardas upgrade cable for my Sennheiser 650s from Tom. The cable is in excellent condition, was well packed, and was very promptly shipped (this during the holiday season as well).

Tom was great to deal with - I couldn't be happier with the transaction.

he mailed it promptly & it arrived very well-packaged...

everything went smoothly & the item's just how he described it...

I just received my 5.5 IMOD from Tom with the LOD. It was not only what he represented but more. Tom actually took the time to print out the RockBox instruction manual and highlighted the areas I needed to pay attention to.

The moment he received my PayPal I got an email saying he was going down to the Post Office to send it off. It was perfectly packed, every part was individually sealed in bubble wrap and it was all sent priority mail with insurance on his dime.. I could not ask for a better transaction.

Truly a pleasure to work with Tom, I can recommend him highly for any transactions you may encounter with him.

I just received Tom's Sleek SA6 earphones. Tom provided quick and accurate communication, and well-packed, prompt delivery of my purchase. The earphones were exactly as described.

Purchased these on a Tuesday and received them on Friday. They were in mint as-new condition just as he stated. Very happy with this transaction. Would definitely deal with Chris again.

Tom bought a LOD from me. There was a little problem with the LOD that I sent him but he was very prompt to let me know in such a professional manner and was very calm about it. He was kind enough to keep somewhat damaged LOD and accept my rather small partial refund. I would do business again with Tom, thank you!
