Reserve Rooms By 4/15/08 (Given extension)

It is important that you reserve rooms at the hotel by 4/9/08. After that, the rooms that are set aside will be released and no longer discounted. The cost of the event is in part dependant on the number of rooms we sell. If you plan on joining us please do not wait to reserve your rooms.

I need 9 more rooms sold before 4/9/08 to secure a more favorable rate for the the meet rooms. If you are coming and haven't reserved your room yet, please do before 4/9/08.

I can save $30 by booking rooms (@ Embassy Suites, Fort Lauderdale) and flight together vs the Head-Fi "deal"

Do what's best for you. When you check in, let them know you are with the Head-Fi group. That should be good enough.
