Yes however I had to cancel that swap due to initial indecision, but now they are for sale again, this time it is final, can only afford to keep one headphone at this point. Sorry for the confusion!

So what is the story with this guys ? This was sold before but the deal was retracted and now its been really sold ?

Idk, because the last buyer (kydsid) seems pretty disgruntled about this (I know I'm being Captain Obvious here).

Best we keep our eyes on this thread and report this to the moderators if need be later on.

i agree, thats why i posted what i posted in the first place, im just judging kydsids seemingly angry/shocked reaction of the "second" sale of the same cans.....??! seems like the same item is being paid for more than once by different people perhaps? lets leave this to the people involved to sort out, please clarify whats going on if you are a party involved so that the rest of us know whether to keep an eye out for this boxbox chap or not!

I find this very interesting, because I wrote to BoxBox 45 minutes (6:45 p.m.) after s/he posted the 2nd "For Sale" last night, and told the member that I would buy them. He was online for at least 2 hours after I PM'd him. No response either way. Then at 10:15 p.m. it was edited as sold.
In the meantime, I read his feedback, seeing that he refunded kydsid via Paypal after kydsid's credit card was charged and wasn't told that the sale was retracted after paying in full.

This is shifty behavior that I will keep an eye on.

I have a good track record on this site, this was a mistake, I admit, not a good situation. I know it is no excuse but I got scammed for close to $1,000 around this time, so it has put a big dent in my situation, I know it's no excuse for this behavior but I would be lying if it didn't represent a reason why this flip flopping / inconsistency has occurred. The scam wasn't through head-fi but craigslist...

In the future I will handle a situation like this differently, I considered even buying a new ESW9 and shipping it to kysid and keeping our sale instead of refunding, however it was too much at the time to go through.

Also my PM box is now empty if anyone wants to communicate with me, it has been full lately, I have kind of hid, but will not do that any longer.
