THE BEST WIRELESS HEADPHONES ARE>>>

I am a dancer in Australia and in the last week have ripped 2 pairs of corded headphones while dancing whilst to my iPOD (Audiotechnica in-ear, and Sony over-ear). So I think it's time to try a wireless.

What's the best ones to get considering
1/ best sound quality
2/ best head-fit design for fast movements
3/ mobilephone calls capability

On Amazon ppl are buying Motorola S9 (but might fall off easily) with iPOD adapter

For those in the know, or who think they know, I WOULD LOVE TO KNOW

You've come to the wrong place.

If there is a 'best' cordless headphone out there, we'll never find out about it here, because nearly everybody here would prefer to find some way to avoid breaking the cable.

Like running it under your shirt.

Same goes for listening a long way from the source - we'd rather use a really long extension cord.

hey,

i read your post in Headphone's buyer guide. you said ur looking for wireless headphones... if your going to get wireless headphones you'll never get as much quality as a corded set...

i agree with the post above... i would never even try to buy a pair.

now i have listened to one of the sennheisers wireless ones (they were showing them off at a store) and i have to say that they were decent... but not that great.

these were about $250... and i didn't really like how they sounded.

however if you wish to go wireless... then i hope you have quite a bit of money and i'd go sennheiser

I've used BT wireless headphones and the quality just isn't even close yet.

First of; most, if not all, wireless headphones are bulky I guess there gone fly off while dancing.

4 options that I can think off;
1) Sennheiser MX1


2) nano with this 1 2 3 kind of headphone.

3) get a in-ear and run the cables behind you're back
4) ipod with lineyard headphones

they all sound bad...

the DAC they need to have near the drives are far from decent... ...

AKG Hearo if you are just walking - otherwise I would use a set of IEM's with the wires going above your ears and behind your head. Then run the cable accordingly. I would get a set of UM1's or SF3's that have sturdy replacable cables.

i know there is a very good brand of these which utilises the ipod lineout but i can't find it atm. This company also has a unit which hangs around your neck to receive bluetooth and you can plugin any headphones you like via a standard headphone port. You can also register the headphones with your mobile phone via bluetooth so that when you receive a call it auto switches to the phone and enables the build in mic. At one point i almost bought this for snowboarding to avoid all the wires with my B&O A8's

looking for the brand now...

A125s - ipod bluetooth transmitter:

So yeah, it has something like a 30yard range. Basically just put your ipod + Mobile in your bag hang the receiver around your neck plug in some headphones and away you go I've taken my B&O A8's snowboarding for 3 seasons now and really treated them badly and they are still going They are very comfortable, sound quite good and won't fall off
