nike makes a great case that happens to be the perfect size for an ipod and an amp with a little modification and the cases are available today at woot for $5.99 for two!!!!! the inside of the case has a small foam pad that needs to be cut out and it also has a plastic clip in the back than can also be removed.

i think it will fit just fine, the left side of the case has a little pouch that would hold a pair of IEMs perfectly. with an ipod on the other side, probably wont be room for an amp, but it doesnt look like you use one anyways

Hmmm. Just got mine, and after the surgery required to remove the hard plastic spool, I find that it will not fit my ipod classic with LOD attached. So while the case may be adequate for carrying an ipod and amp, it does not work for using the two in combination while listening. Too bad.
