I used a US parcel forwarding company to get in on the BF deal for the TF10. Shipping to Australia set me back an extra $50 but overall the deal was still very good.
My unit came in the eco-friendly packaging and straight out of the box I noticed a significant channel imbalance. The loss of bass and overall volume in the left channel was intermittent so I figured it may have been poor placement, though I was getting a tight seal.
The left channel imbalance is now permanent. The only option for me is to send it back to Amazon for a refund at my expense. $70 out of pocket to trial dud earphones.
call Amazon and see if they can work something out for you. I had an issue with my pair last year and got another pair. They shipped and it cost me nothing to return it either but I am in the US
