Did my impressions by myself and it turned out pretty good. Should consider trying to do it yourself if your a bit low on funds hahaa. 

I thought about it, but impression kits are what? $15-20? The place here charges $30, I figured $10-15 was worth not risking me screwing up my ears.

Yes, they run in the $15 to $20 range. At $30 for yours, I agree with getting them done by an Audiologist. I paid $50 to get mine done.

Yea, I read that some places were kind of expensive, so I was worried. The place I am going has a pretty professional looking website that even has a picture of some CIEMs and says that they do fits for them; the website also leads me to believe that you can order CIEMs through them also. So, hopefully that means they are also competent at taking impressions for CIEMs.

I had one place in my area quote me $80 per ear.

What kind of discounts are we talking about here?

Ahh the TripleFi 10, no other iem has ever given me more bang for my buck portable audio pleasure (not counting the free SE530 I got).

 

Too bad I had to sell it once it's poor midrange became too much for me.

It was super when I first purchased my TF10, they were the first BA I'd ever heard I was pretty blown away, but as time went on, I tried other IEM's such GR07 MK2, Yamaha EPH-100 I began seeing their flaws. To me the mids are cloudy and you lose a lot of crispness in vocals, there's a lack of bite. Treble however is spot to me bare the wacky timbre. I enjoy them for their detail and energy with EDM. But for acoustic or vocals they sound off.

I can't help it, you add exotic woods to any piece iem/headphone, and audiophiles are automatically drawn to it.  Same thing applies to braided cables..
