I'm really hard pressed about letting this go. I love the sound quality, but I can't justify keeping it, as I have an iPod Video and a Shuffle, and both are up to par for my needs. I am saying for trade at first, as I would be really interest in some type of headphone, I want to try a closed headphones, as I do not have one. I'll be pretty open, but please no low-balling. Offer me anything though, but priority goes to those that offer headphones. Unless somehow I could get a hold of a 4 gig, or maybe even a 2 gig cowon player. EDIT: Sorry, I guess I should mention the condition. I bought this as a refurb from overstock.com and got it looking brand new, but I dropped it b/w the recliner cushion and now it has a about a 1 mm size scratch near the top, I'll get the camera and see if I can get a shot of it. I think there is also another little small spec right above the screen from the same fall. This has the original box and all the accessories.

. Or if someone has a Cowon U3 4 or 2 gig...that would be very ideal.
