HI,
Having ordered a Mains cable at 505 US Dollars some 6 weeks ago and contact with Brad having dried up because of a nil reponse,can anybody advise if he is still in business.
I live in Abu Dhabi in the Middle East it is irksome to say the least to be sitting in complete darkness and wondering why Brad has taken your money and remaining totally silent.
How can he remain in business,this is what gets me
Is there a local body that can be approached in Palm Coast to investigate this guy.

I had the same problem w/RAL

Hello,

I order a Revelation Audio Labs USB cable and it took two months for me to get this cable. I have called Brad, sent numerous emails and I got no response. I contacted paypal and paypal put a freeze on Brads account. After paypal took action with Revelation Audio Labs, Brad finnally contacted me and ask for me to drop the dispute which I have filed with paypal. I did not drop the dispute until I have reveived the usb cable. It took two months before I received the cable. I didn't mind waiting for this fabalous cable, what I didn't like was Brads poor professionalism on not returning my calls or email. If it wasn't for Brads cables being so good, Revelation Audio Labs would not exist. Good Day!
