They still do, you can't expect a band to make the same sounding music every album for their entire career. Sure, I personally think their old stuff is better, but that doesn't mean they should keep doing the exact some thing repeatedly and not experiment with their own music. Don't criticize a great band just because they don't make music that adheres to what YOU like.
