Im quite sure that rule is about to prevent members from bothering the mods or admins about why someone was banned, or starting threads about questioning the reason why someone was banned etc... If a member that was banned is openly willing to say why he was banned and it isnt meant to start a argument, who are mods to stop him if some usage of common sense is allowed? Its his decision to make his "sins" go public.

Maza, you don't expect me to actually think about the deeper meanings and undertones of the terms and conditions for the use of this forum do you? I mean... actually engage my brain? It'd involve having to actually read them for a start and that would just take far too long. I do have a very busy real life which means I can't be sitting in my pyjamas during the day, listening to Eiffel 65 and refreshing the members lounge.

This is the internet. All I'm doing is mindlessly regurgitating something that I vaguely recall being written here, or at least some place like this anyway by someone else on this topic or at least a similar topic at some point in the past. I mean, this site would be a madhouse if people actually put their chins in their hands and mused on the nature of the content they were going to machine gun the walls of threads with. ;D
