Their web site to order has been down for weeks.

Cobalt Cable makes excellent cables in their price range. They were my first entry into higher end cables. They are an honest company and a pleasure to do business with. They go out of therir way to make sure the customer is well taken care of which is more than I can say for other companies. When they were out of stock on a cable they called me and left a five minute mesage on my voice mail notifying me of a delay due to a change in manufacturer. Then the next day they wound up getting the part, calling me, and shipping it out right away. And this was for a $100 power cord. I could tell you some horror stories about other companies' customer service for much more expensive products.

I agree. I have power cables from them that I love.

The problem is ordering and live chat on their site have been down for weeks.
