Imagine... slap in a board, adjust the machine, and voila - instant PCB in an hour or less for the cost of the board and maybe a small end mill bit. Though the 3mil accuracy of the plans described at http://www.crankorgan.com/brute.htm pretty much precludes any kind of really-fine-pitch-SMD work, it seems great for through hole stuff where 15mil-25mil is minimum.
