I bought this from Crutchfield one month ago. It is in great condition and comes in its retail box with manual/remote control.

The only reason that I am selling is we decided to buy a PS3 (with blu-ray built-in).

I have 300 and Bourne Identity HD-DVD movies that I have watched once, which I am ready to include in the package.

Furthermore, you can get 5 additional HD-DVD movies directly from Toshiba (one movie from each category):
