Ha ha this is true. Lola has one heck of a bark and is pretty dang protective. My wife was telling me that yesterday when the furniture repair guy was at the house that Lola had to be between the guy and her at all times and was not at all pleased with his presence. (I was at work which may have made her more nervous about him)

Petey also looks like he might be a Bichon Frise.

Great photos everyone!

I have to say that I just about sprayed saliva all over my monitor from the outburst of laughter I had when I scrolled down and saw your dog

However, upon closer inspection, that is one beautiful animal. I don't think I've laid eyes upon such a beast before. Now I must have one!

She has really nice blueish-gray eyes you can't see in this picture and which we rarely see because she's always sleeping :/

We are blessed with three canine members in our family/pack.

Bosco, our newest addition. He's an 18 month old long haired toy Daschund.
Weighs in at about 4.5 lbs, and is as sweet and loving as can be.
Can you imagine somebody, anybody, dropping him off at the pound??
Yup, he was a rescue dog on death row at the pound. We are so glad to
have this little guy as part of our family.

This is Peanut, a long haired Chihuahua. She's also as sweet as can be,
but a bit more independent than Bosco. She's about two and a half years
old and weighs in at about 4 lbs.

This is Bubba. He's a Llewellyn English Setter weighing in at 80+ lbs.
He's as gentle as can be and looks after the two little ones as his own.

All three play together and eat out of the same dog dish.

Playing together...

We have six cats too. The cats are relatively easy to care for though and dont require the personal attention the dogs do; except for trouble maker Jeep.
