Radiohead to play West Palm on May 5th

That's right, the Monday after the meet. In the same vicinity. This is just awesome.

Just posted also in the Music forum, with a strong hint that those without a local Radiohead show, or who want to catch them twice, could make a great weekend of CanJam and Radiohead.

The venue is the Cruzan Amphitheatre which is not a bad place to see a show. The seats are all under cover and then they sell tickets to sit on the grass area behind the seats. It's about an hour from the hotel.

I've been there. Actually that was the first time I saw Radiohead, in '03. It was the Sound Advice Amphitheater back then.

I'm hoping Radiohead does some tickets through their own system again this time. Last time I got my Ticketmaster seats about halfway back, then saw that W.A.S.T.E was releasing a batch, which I had to pay for not knowing what I'd get. Turned out second row, a little far stage right but not too bad, and at a lower price than Ticketmaster.

We need to move fast on this one. Tickets are on sale at WASTE on Thursday. If any of you want to go down there then we need to get tickets day one. If you're not interested, no worries for me as they're playing Tampa on Tuesday the 6th.
