LAVRY DA10

Thread Starter
just wanted some feedback on those who have one. ive read lots of stuff on it all over the web and here also and mostly positive. i wont be using the XLR outs on it for my headphone cuz i got studio monitors for that which will hook up into them. the headphone amp gets kinda flaky reviews here it seems. Is there enough juice there for my HD600s or am i gonna get forced into buying another set of HP1000s?

There is more than enough juice for your HD600. I am using one with Harbeth Montor 40 for main monitors and HD600 as headphones.

The headpone amp measures very well. It does provide accurate more than euphonic presentation which probably accounts for the reviews you have read.

I recommend the DA11, it has a much better headphone output and also the sound quality is a little better. And yes, the HD600 (or AD2000 if you want to splurge) have great synergy with it. Not to mention the PIC, the remote support etc. It's a better value compared to the DA10 even if it's more expensive.
