Battery pack for Sony D-Ej915

Hello everyone;

My external battery pack for my Sony D-EJ915 has been destroyed by leaking batteries. Do any of you know of a source for the tip that connects the battery case into the player? It's not a standard pin as one would find on most equipment, it's a two pinned item.

If I could find this connector, I could have another battery case built. I've been told I could use two D batteries for a longer run time.

The case was destroyed...but the plug cannot be touched by leak..right? So you can use the original plug..

Yes I have the plug to make the pack. I was hoping to have a spare I could leave at work to save lugging batteries back and forth.

Someone mentioned trying radio Shack ott see if they have an adaptor like that, and I'll go look.
