Someone already posted them in this thread. I actually found them while on 4chan. I think there are alot of similar ones by the same artist here. 

 

And the anime is Xam'd: Lost Memories. It's a BONES work, you can really see the similarities between this and Eureka Seven. I'd actually label it as a more steampunk version of it. Also some similarities with FMA (the original anime), the person in charge of the music is the same (Michiru Oshima). Overall, its quite a good piece of work on its on, with great art and animation, a nice theme, although they really should have extended the episodes to around 50, they kinda cram a lot of the explanations in the last few episodes, and I thought they could have made it even better in terms of story and character development (third time watching it, and I still don't get what the Xam'd were)

 

And oh gawd, that OP. BOOM BOOM SATELLITES FTW!
