CanJam '08 Vendor Announcement

The following are a list of the vendors that have committed to attending CanJam '08 so far. There are still a number of other vendors that we expect will be joining us as well. As I hear from them I will add their names to the list:

Nice work on the vendors so far! Nice to see some new names and there are plenty I can think of that will be sure to join the party before too long. This national/international will be epic, and is certain to outdo the last two.

anyone try contacting Smyth Research about their SVS box? - head tracking virtualization processor - shown with Yamaha at a previous CES

their own $3K box is supposed to be coming real soon now

most current info I could find:
SVS (Smyth Virtual Surround) demo at CES 2007 - AVS Forum

Can Jam should be perfect for a Smyth demo

there are a few non-tracking entries in the virtualiztion category too:

I don't know if a Head-Fi National meet is big enough for these big boys - but maybe they would like to get their stuff in front of "fanatics" for the buzz

Yeah, no kidding. Sennheiser actually has new and interesting products to show as well. They didn't show their IE8's at CES, might as well make their official debut at CanJam!

I know they were at the first National, I didn't attend the 2nd, but I'm pretty sure they were there as well.

Sennheiser will be at CanJam, I heard it straight from The Man.

I'd like to see Audio-Technica too personally. All they need to bring is the W5000 and AD2000, and of course the ESW9. And if they've got any spare L3000s around that would be verrry nice too...
