IEM's around ~$150 for Audio Newb

Hey guys, new guy here!

I have a 30gig Zune and I'm looking for some IEM's to use for it.
I mostly listen to Rock music; 70's, 80's, 90's, and other stuff (but no hip-hop or country)

Thing is, I REALLY enjoy the punchy "kick" from the kick drums the music I listen to, so I'd like phones that really bring that out if there are any.

I've been reading up on the forums every once and awhile, and people seem to like the M5's or the Super.fi. 5 Pro's, which are in my price range. Money is an issue, that's why I'm looking around $150 or less, but a few extra dollars more wouldn't hurt.

Also, another note is, I don't mind the earpieces that go in all the way; they don't bother me. But, sometimes I'd like to be able to hear the "outside world", rather than having all the sound from anything other than my music be heard. So I was wondering if, whatever IEM you reccomend comes with earpieces that prevent the outside noise AND other earpieces that allow the outside noise.

Any recommendations would REALLY be appreciated!

Definitely Atrio M5s, AMAZING bass and great soundstage for an IEM. It's in your price range too if your buy it on eBay off roaddogonline. If you offer them, $130, they usually accept

Check out the Denon C700. They have an amazing low and high end. They are a canal phone so they have less isolation then the Super.fi and Atrio which you asked for. Personally I do not liek the fit and form of the Super.fi. Amazon has the Denon's for $141.37 and they are worth every penny!

Shigzeo is selling his Denons for $100 on the FS forum, just as an FYI.
