eBay Vendor: jerseygrrrrl

I bought an item from this vendor on eBay. I did not have any response from the vendor and had to send an inquiry for the shipping status 5 days later. However, all I received is "***** you" in the response message. I had to file a case with Paypal to resolve the problem, and get my money back.

Can't you get eBay to remove that feeback since the transaction was reversed? It sucks that the seller has the mind of a child. Soon retaliatory feedback will be a thing of the past and bad sellers won't be able to bully/threaten buyers into withdrawal.

Anyway, thanks for the heads up.

Thanks for the warning, I remember seeing the sellers name on ebay. (the grrrl as in riot girl stuck in my mind.) Just another reason why I love this forum. It sucks that it's under these circumstances though.

New eBay feedback policy does not allow removal of posted feedbacks, as long as it does not violate the feedback rules. They want to have "Mutual withdraw" to remove feedbacks on both parties.

I'd rather leave it there to make sure that this particular seller does not have another chance to reap other buyers.
