Window Blinds is part of the Object Desktop suite I think. It's not free.


In regards to the UXTheme Patcher for vista, Download UxTheme Patcher for Windows Vista - A patched uxtheme.dll gave you the freedom to use un-signed custom visual style - Softpedia and there's instructions there too.

I'm just looking for something that's free and easy to use - no torents or anything like that.

Well then try the UXTheme Patcher and then the OS X visual styles I linked to.
