I Adore UPS & FedEx: They bring me stuff!!!

I love all shipping companies. I love them a lot. If it were not for them, I'd have to drive to pick stuff up. I don't want to drive to pick stuff up.

I just got Rogue Wave's Asleep at Heaven's Gate and it was totally undamaged and a great album to boot.

I payed with PayPal, too. I had no issue with them either. Can you believe it!

I bought something on the internet and I wasn't scammed!

Oh Mr Postman...

I agree. You only get to see negative threads on the internet. I haven't had problems with my packages so far, nor with PayPal!

For things like CDs, I love all shippers. Amazon Prime + me = match made in heaven. I've had occasional cracked cd cases, but the discs are always fine, and thats all that matters to me; I only need to play them once

I like UPS more. She takes care of my package real well.

Screw UPS. Not only did they fail to deliver my package (containing my $800+ paycheck I have been waiting for since I left for college) which was supposedly shipped overnight last week, they are starting a "search" which could take 8 days. It was delivered to "Blacksburg" with no street address at all in the tracking info, and the driver said he "left it at the main door" of my dorm. That is BOLOGNA. There is no such thing, and there is no part of the dorm that accepts packages except the rooms.

UPS around here is notoriously hit or miss. Sometimes they'll nail it and I'll get my package on time. I've had my roommate, however, be on the phone with their ship center for a week at one point trying to get them to deliver it, and then actually have to drive TO their ship center to get the package because they have no idea what the heck they're doing. Also, they absolutely destroy their packages and have no regard for what is "fragile".

FedEx beats up their packages a little more than USPS, but they're quicker than UPS, and have never failed to deliver a package to me.

UPS is a terrible shipping company. If I have the option, I always go with USPS Priority Mail. They're fast, and they handle your packages very well. I had a Head-Fi'er mail me a box from California via normal Priority Mail one Tuesday, and Thursday, it was on my doorstep in New Jersey. UPS couldn't be that fast for the price if they tried.

USPS rocks. Of course it doesn't hurt that they are a government funded organization, so you are pretty secure that they are following good protocol and standard of operations. You simply can't beat priority mail, $4.05 cents and its there in 2 days. As a shipper I love to receive payment on something, ship it out the same day, and the buyer gets it the in 2 days.

Bigger stuff I go fedex. IME they seem less likely to beat the crap out of your gear. However some of the drivers take some serious liberties when dropping off packages. Sometimes they don't bother showing up, and your tracking will say - "was not available" - idiot, I have been out there for a couple of hours now.

UPS must employ wrestlers with serious aggression issues, is there truly any reason why they have to destroy boxes? Smaller packages through UPS are fine because they get personally handled and filtered to a different section that is not employed by wrestlers.

Even people who work or have worked for ups- say how bad it really is.

Sounds like the phone bill could be worth as much as the actual package!

Yes I too prefer USPS anyday, its cheap, reliable, and you always know where to go when something goes wrong, and they fix it for you. UPS and Fedex are way overrated IMHO, they have no reason to charge so much for shipping and there is absolutely no reason to go that direction unless u have something huge that u want picked up. And don't even get me started on Insurance

I've had the most luck with USPS and UPS. So far as I have been receiving packages I haven't had any major problems with the two. I did have one UPS driver that didn't ring my bell and would just leave the package by the front door, but I haven't seen him for a while now. Thankfully the part of the neighborhood I live in is relatively safe

Fedex, on the other hand, I've had some problems with. Mainly leaving items at neighbors house and/or items arriving damaged. Thankfully all those problems were resolved

So I'm not complaining just yet
