Whoa - that thing looks like it has some sort of growth. I would be afraid to touch it for fear of it being contagious.

Aim should be good; it has independent X + Y axis DPI adjustably.

I think this would either be very comfortable, or downright abysmal; I really have no basis of comparison with its design. Its so freakishly unorthodox that it just might be a good mouse, lol.

it does look like a wheel. it doesnt seem very practical though as its hard to scroll with the thumb

What the heck I dont see how that button could be of very much use. After seeing a few oddly shaped mice come out in the past while, I still dont think you can improve on the shape of something like the razer diamondback or the traditional logitech.
