A recently overheard conversation at a Head-Fi meet somewhere near to you...

Abbott: "Woo's Audio is in New York."

Costello: "I don't know."

Abbott: "Third base."

Costello: "C'mon, Abbott! I thought we were done playing that baseball game year's ago! Now tell me, what's in China?"

Abbott: "He's Audio is in China."

Costello: "I thought he was in New York!?!?"

Abbott: "No, Woo's in New York!"

Costello: "That's what I'm asking you. Where is he?"

Abbott: "He's in China."

Costello: "Who?"

Abbott: "New York."

Costello: "No! You said he's in China!"

Abbott: "That's right."

Costello: "Well then who's in New York?"

Abbott: "Exactly!"

Costello: "Let's go back to that baseball game. After all these years, I don't know what's on third base."

Abbott: "Well, you're kind of right. I don't know is on third base. What's on second."

Costello: "I don't know."

Abbott: "Third base."

Costello: "Who's on first?"

Abbott: "No, Woo's in New York!"

Costello: "I thought he was in China."

Abbott: "Now you're getting it!"

Ok, since nobody else has responded and ken36 is undoubtedly asleep, I've chuckled to myself by reading it again, and must say: GOOD STUFF!

Oh hoh.. I remember watching the actual routine in my Elementary school. Didn't get it at first, like this one But I have to say, very creative. Takes a man with guts to remake a classic

That's the spirit, Chickenman! You are a credit to both human and poultry kind. A credit on the income statement, not the balance sheet (that could be a liability, if you know what I mean).

Anyway, I remember when I had to write a Scheme program to simulate the original Abbott and Costello routine... now that's good stuff. ;-)

Hey guys, thanks for all of your compliments on my ken36 side humor, although I wouldn't have expected that to steal the main show to the extent that it seems to have. Were I to compliment myself for my side humor in this thread, it would have instead been for these two-for-the-price-of-one-rip-roarinlgy-funny comments:
