This unit is in excellent condition. It has no scratches, was used in a non-smoking environment, and was used in total for less than 900 hours. (I used it in my home theater almost exclusively with my projector and the projector's lamp timer was at 820 hours when I switched out this unit.)

The AV32R is a "high end" audiophile-grade HT processor, along the lines of Lexicon, Krell, etc., and it makes an excellent preamp. Unlike many other HT processors and receivers, it really excels on music as well as movies. It was very difficult to part with, and I only switched to a receiver because I needed HDMI switching to resolve some installation issues. If you want a HT processor that brings realism and slam to movies in your HT, but also is great when you want to kick back and listen to 2-channel or multi-channel music, this is your ticket.

The unit is configured for 7.1, unlike some AV32R's, which only offer 5.1 channels. In other words, it has outputs for 7 channels and a subwoofer. (It does not have 7.1 analog inputs.) The software version is 3.75. It is THX Ultra approved, has THX EX, Dolby Pro Logic II for movies and music, Tag McLaren Surround Sound 5 and 7 modes (nice for listening to surround music), and also DTS Cinema and DTS-ES 6.1. It may have some other formats that appear on the processor when it is fed the right source, but I don't have it in my system anymore, so I can't be sure. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

I paid $4,500 for this unit, but I will sell it for $1,099 plus shipping to CONUS only.
