Well, I've decided to buy a Wadia for my source, so I'm selling my MSB Gold Link III DAC and Elite DV47Ai player.
The DAC has the MSB Network update installed. Here's a link that explains a bit about how all this works:
192kHz Output Upgrade
In short, the card upsamples and also enables output of up to 24/192 from an MSB Network-enabled source.
My Elite DV47Ai is such a source...it has been modified by MSB with their Network Output card. This card accepts PCM data from the source up to 24/192, and upsamples lower bit-rates to 24/192. The results when using DVD-A, especially at 24/192, is astonishing...it's the best hi-rez format I've heard. It's also a damn fine source for regular CD playback over the MSB Network link. SACD playback is available through the regular audio out ports on the back of the player (it's not PCM).
If you're familiar at all with the MSB DACs, you know that they are built like tanks. This particular DAC was at one time their top of the line, and uses multiple DACs per channel to produce a sound that is both detailed and warm.
The DAC has a scuff on top (I did this unhooking it to take it to a Head-Fi meet
), but is in otherwise excellent condition. Includes the stock power supply, and of course the MSB Network cable.
The retail pricing for these items at the time of purchase is as follows:

Pioneer Elite DV47Ai Universal Player: $995
MSB Network 192K Output Upgrade (installed): $495
I'll let the whole thing go for $1,200, plus shipping/insurance and PayPal fees (if any). I will accept PayPal from verified sellers, shipping to confirmed shipping addresses. Otherwise, a money order or certified check will do. I really don't want to separate these items, as this source has its greatest value when used with an enabled transport. It makes THAT much difference.
BTW - I also have an Audio Alchemy PS2 power supply that I've been using with it. I'm VERY hesitant to sell it, as I also use it to power other devices, but will consider doing so for appropriate offers.
