Tube marked, 5U4 GB, GE USA, 59-35, 188-5.
I just got this tube, but never used it because the amp I bought it for has been sold.
The original seller used a Heathkit TC-2 tube tester and it was tested in all the steps, for, shorts, quality, open elements and filaments.
The quality test line is 0 to 100: Tested at 85.
Tube appears to be unused.
No box.
