I've also heard good things on this:

I've tried the UE Super.fi 4vi. I liked the sound, but not the overall design so much. I've read a few people have had durability issues already. I returned mine to fund other purchases. Will wait awhile longer for the industry to catch up to the iPhone -- and for my credit card to catch up.

Sennheiser makes a product that adds a mic and answer switch for iphone. It's on apple.com under iphone accessories.

I can't see anywhere that says there is a mic.

Although I do remember seeing a thread that had a pic of Senns with a mic looking thing... Huh....
