Upgraditis makes everyone too eager IMO. It's like when you order a new pair of headphones or amp and the seller says it will take 10 days to reach you. But regardless of said info, we check our mail/doorstep everyday to "satisfy" ourselves and wonder why it's taking so long.

Since you're here, how about some updates on HE1.3 'stats? Is remodeling done and shipping estimates?

I guess if you ring up and speak to someone you get your answer straight away, it's hard not to expect the same thing with emails (being an impatient customer myself at times ) except with email you can't easily tell if it's being dealt with or ignored, or even spam-blocked.

3 hours is pretty damned good though, I'm just sitting on the fence seeing both sides

3 hours?!? 0.68 seconds is nearly an eternity for an android! Nankai, you should start utilizing a quantum email system so that we receive your response before we even send a question.

I was worried because I did not get a confirmation email of any sort after paying the money so I started freaking out
