Who can complain about a no-questions asked, lifetime, transferable warantee? I just got my Koss ESP-950 package in the mail yesterday and for $8.50 to cover shipping it looks like I got a brand new set of headphones and a brand new amp... quick turnaround during the holiday season as well.

I've gotten free replacement pads and 1/8 to 1/4 adapter for my PortaPros. I just call them up, tell them what I need and they never want money for them. I've had my Portas for decades .. so you can't beat that!

I got a new set of KDE/250's when I sent them in for warranty service, took less than a week turnaround time!
