Hello, there. This is a kind of "Which headphone should I get?"-thread, but I'll try to make it a bit more informative.
Current situation:
I'm norwegian, and currently doing my mandatory year of military service. This means living in a barrack, with four other people in my room. Ie, a home rig is not a current option. What I'm using now is zen sleek -> Minibox e+ -> HD 650. I'll be changing my source to a cowon d2 soon. Now, the 'problem' is the HD650s. They keep my room mates awake, and I'm bothered by their noise.
I need a set of headphones which are either sealed or noise cancelling, and I'd like them to justify the FLAC -> Minibox e+. I really like the signature of the 650s, so something like that would be nice. I will use them for portable listening when I've finished my year in the military service. I've looked at pxc 450, and they look great, albeit at a price. Another option is the Beyerdynamic DT 770.
Any suggestions?
