do tell. what press release?
I just called the number on their website and spoke with a rep. The prices have not yet been released and he did not seem to have an idea about the price range. He said I should call back the first week of September.

Also, the website reveals that the leathery ones are, indeed, genuine but they are obviously cow leather pressed to look like gator. The website also says that the MS series are carbon fiber but I don't know if it is genuine.

Looks like they took a page out of the Ultrasone design book. "Titanium driver technology" and all.

Maybe it's just a Chinese-made OEM driver?

i don't think so, the Impedance is 32 Ohm, and i don't think that any of the ultrasone are 32 Ohm. Also, the Impedance for the in-ear is 39 Ohm. that's pretty high, never seen one that high for an in ear.

CNET is a nice place for Headphone jokes.

The way they review the headphones itself is funny...

and when they try to be authoritative..thats where the humour lies
